The service

Overdue Chaser sends the invoice reminders you set up, from your business name. You decide which steps are sent and when, and you’re responsible for the invoices, the wording and making sure the money is actually owed.

Not legal advice

Templates, letters and the invoice checker are general information, not legal advice. A letter before action doesn’t start court proceedings, and we never start legal action for you. Statutory late-payment interest and compensation only apply between businesses. Take advice if you’re unsure.

Plans, trials and cancelling

Paid plans have a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout and aren’t charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time from your account; there’s no notice period or fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Fair use

Don’t use the service to send messages to people who don’t owe you money, or to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
