Privacy policy

Overdue Chaser is a trading name of Doppio Digital Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 17232368. We are the data controller for your account details. For the customer details you add to chase invoices, you are the controller and we process them on your behalf. Questions: hello@overduechaser.co.uk.

What we hold

• Your email address, plus the business name, your name, address and phone number you choose to save.
• Invoices you add: customer name and email, invoice number, amount, dates, any late fee and invoice link, and the reminders sent.
• Pro settings you choose to save: pay-now link, bank payee, sort code, account number, logo and email wording.
• Subscription status from our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and we never see them.

Why we use it

To run the service you sign up for: signing you in, sending the reminders you set up, and managing your subscription.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare (hosting, database and email sending) and Stripe (payments). We don’t sell your data.

Cookies

We set one cookie, used only to keep you signed in. The free invoice checker works in your browser, and the details you type into it aren’t sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
